Terms of Service

1. What Dippy Goog is

Dippy Goog is a meal planning and grocery list web application operated by Sew Unlimited Pty Ltd (ABN 81 123 633 205), trading as Dippy Goog, based in Tasmania, Australia. When we say “we”, “us”, or “our”, we mean Sew Unlimited Pty Ltd (ABN 81 123 633 205), trading as Dippy Goog. When we say “you”, we mean you, the person using Dippy Goog.

2. Using the service

By creating an account or using Dippy Goog, you agree to these terms. You need to be at least 16 years old to create an account. If you're sharing a list link with family members (including kids), that's fine — they don't need an account.

You're responsible for keeping your login details secure. If someone else accesses your account, that's on you — but let us know and we'll help sort it out.

3. Your stuff

Your recipes, shopping lists, photos, and any other content you add to Dippy Goog belong to you. We don't claim ownership of your data. We only use it to provide the service to you — we won't sell it, share it with advertisers, or do anything weird with it.

4. What you can't do

Please don't:

• Scrape, crawl, or use bots to access Dippy Goog or collect data from it

• Copy, reverse engineer, or reproduce the application code or design

• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the service or any part of it

• Use the service to do anything illegal or harmful

• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data

Automated access, scraping, and commercial use of any data from Dippy Goog is strictly prohibited without our written permission.

5. Payments and subscriptions

Dippy Goog offers a free trial period, after which a paid subscription is required. Prices are listed on our website and may change with reasonable notice.

Subscriptions renew automatically (monthly or yearly depending on your plan). You can cancel anytime from your account settings — your access continues until the end of your current billing period.

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If something's not right, just get in touch and we'll work it out.

6. We can change things

We may update these terms, add or remove features, or change pricing. We'll give you reasonable notice of anything major. If you keep using Dippy Goog after changes take effect, that counts as accepting them. If you don't agree, you can cancel your account.

7. Account termination

You can delete your account at any time. We can also suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. If we terminate your account, we'll let you know why unless there are legal reasons we can't.

8. Intellectual property

The Dippy Goog name, logo, design, and code are owned by Bramblier Pty Ltd. You can't use our branding, copy our design, or reproduce any part of the application without written permission. This includes the overall look and feel, UI patterns, and any original content we've created.

9. Limitation of liability

Dippy Goog is a meal planning tool — not medical, nutritional, or dietary advice. We do our best to keep things running smoothly, but we can't guarantee the service will be available 100% of the time or be completely error-free. To the extent permitted by Australian law, our liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the last 12 months.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Tasmania, Australia. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Tasmania. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
